1. Dimensional Variations: We follow your approved CAD drawings with precision, but minor size or shape differences may occur due to material properties or artisanal techniques. These subtle variations are part of your piece’s unique charm.
2. Finish Characteristics: Finishes and coatings, like paints or electroplating, powder coating etc, may show slight color shifts or surface marks. These reflect the bespoke nature of your order and are not defects.
3. Material Uniqueness: Natural materials (e.g., glass, metal, wood) may feature distinct grain patterns or color variations, enhancing the individuality of your piece but differing slightly from samples.
4. Lighting Performance: We aim to meet your lighting needs, but led / bulb types or room conditions may cause minor variations in brightness or light distribution. We’ll work to align with your vision.
5. Lead Time Variability: While we aim to meet estimated timelines, custom production or supply chain challenges may cause delays. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
6. Alignment: Despite our best efforts to ensure perfection, a slight alignment variation may occur due to material and production factors. In most cases these can’t be adjusted, but we ensure quality checks to minimize it.
